Pancakes without eggs | Recipe

My family loves this recipe for pancakes, which are spongy and fluffy. They are perfect with sour cream, jam or condensed milk.

This recipe was a real salvation for me when I found that I was out of eggs and really wanted to bake something.

So, let’s get to making the dough!

This recipe for our favorite pancakes is simple and quick to make. Here’s the list of ingredients:

Flour (3 cups) between 270 and 300 gr.
Sugar (3 to 4 tablespoons) 40g
Salt (1 teaspoon) 5 g
Dry yeast (Saff-moment) in 11g sachet
Vegetable oil (3 to 4 tablespoons) 20g weight
Milk (2 glasses) 400 ml

To prepare the dough, heat the milk until warm, then add the vegetable oil and dry ingredients, mix well. Cover with clingfilm and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.

Then heat a frying pan to medium heat and start frying the dough on both sides until golden brown. Place the finished pancakes on a plate, pre-lined with napkins to remove excess oil.

Enjoy the flavorful, spongy and airy pancakes with your favorite people!
